The fountain head of “disc_over” is reinterpreting the stops in any settlements. Dramatically changed scales, potentiality of the acts, senses, and parameters are the main sources of thinking and illustrated echinated conditions are fed by the everyday visual bombardment.
the workshop is criticizing the stop issue in Amsterdam by using sensual reaction instead of using common understanding. The understanding of the different potentiality of the acts over bodily experiences reinterprets the stop notion.
The point that irritates our beings is routine. Under routine issue it is not only criticized mainstream architecture but also reduction of diversity of individual experiences for ignoring and aggravating environmental, social and public issues. In that way this workshop wears its glass to filter and detuning of the vision of standard man. This work is consisted of any spontaneous and self interests over everyday “settlements” and “spaces”. Harshly, cruelly, wittily pulling pieces of “settlement” is expressed best via creating a new context which is based on the ashes of the previous “settlement”. Each individual consciously or unconsciously might feel the junction but within this workshop the attendees are needed to express their experiences over the stop. This schema, from self to public/ from the idea to the act1, is the vital part of the collective working based workshop.
